This policy explains what information is collected when you visit michaelrfrazier.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Michael R. Frazier of Augusta, Georgia. The short version is that this Site is built to be read, not to collect information about you. It has no sign-up forms, no user accounts, no advertising, and no tracking or analytics tools.

Information you choose to send

The contact links on this Site open your own email program so you can write to mike@peaktcs.com. If you send an email, we receive whatever you include in it, such as your name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. We use that information only to read and respond to you, and to follow up on the speaking, consulting, media, or other request you made. We do not sell, rent, or trade it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.

Information collected automatically

This Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google. Like nearly every web host, it automatically processes basic technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, and diagnose problems, and it is handled under Google's own privacy practices.

The Site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser downloads them, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request.

The Site does not set cookies of its own, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not build a profile of your visits.

This Site links to other websites, including Peak Talent Capital Solutions, Peak Augusta, KAIROS Behavioral Intelligence, The MIND Foundation, Tee It Up For Kids, 3088th, Peak HR Center, and Mind@Work Journal. Some of those sites have forms, accounts, or payment features. Each one is governed by its own privacy policy, and this policy does not cover what happens once you leave michaelrfrazier.com.

Children

This Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping and deleting information

Emails are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation or relationship they relate to. You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold from your emails, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will honor that request unless we are required to keep something by law.

Changes to this policy

If the Site begins collecting new kinds of information, for example by adding a newsletter sign-up, a registration form, or analytics, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect, and the effective date at the top of this page will change.
